I had the good fortune of meeting Jack La Lanne, shown here at his 95th birthday party. At 94, he told me that he swam an hour per day and lifted weights for an hour. At dinner, he ordered white fish and veggies. His beautiful wife shares his love of fitness, too. This senior knew how to work his fitness plan!
