AM Affirmation

I wrote this when I was studying affirmation and how our mindset can help us create our best self.  Honestly, with the school rush for the kids, getting my am workout in, and working, it is not easy to do.  However, I spent so many years in this arena, I feel it is engrained in me.  Please give it a read and do your best to internalize its message.  You are worth it!   

 

Here goes:

I awake to the beginning of a new glorious day.  I start each day with thankfulness, knowing that each day brings me a new chance to explore my best self and share with others.  I envision myself as being fit, attractive, and emotionally and spiritually open.  

I satisfy my inner appetite knowing that I am appreciated, respected, and valuable.  When faced with obstacles, I know that I have the choice to respond with wisdom and enlightenment, knowing that the obstacles are an opportunity for growth.  I can distinguish between temporary emotions and reality and realize that emotions are indicators and not dictators of my life.  I believe in my abilities and embrace daily improvement.  I am on target in developing mind/body and spiritual wellness and am becoming my best self.  And so it is....
