These exercises are our favorites and can be found in the workout program included in my book, Inner Visions for the Outer You. Please pay attention to form and do not overdue. Consistency is always the goal. Perform these exercises at least 2x per week or every other day.
Here is a 12 minute cardio workout. Beginners can do once or repeat to get a full 24 minute workout! I keep the choreography simple and do not have music so you are welcome to add your own.
This simple, music only, meditation is a great way to start a meditation practice. I post some written guidance but this is your journey. I recommend sitting tall in a comfortable position and just allowing the music and soothing ocean waves to carry you into a place of relaxation, focus and peace. :)

Here I am giving a bit more detail in how to do my 3 favorite seat and leg toning exercises. They are the squat, lunge, and step-up. Remember, form is always the first priority.
This is a great way to tighten the seat in 5 minutes! I incorporated various positions so you will get a complete toning workout.. You will feel the center of the seat, the inner thighs, outer thighs, hamstrings, and how the intensity is increased when moving to one leg. I did not speak as some find that can be annoying over time. Please let me know what you prefer as I create these videos for you!
